Buying a home is a big decision and the largest financial purchase many people make. It can also be fun to look at homes and see your family there, or visualize the changes you can make!

Before we go look at homes, we need just 2 things:

  1. A pre-approval from a lender. In today’s competitive market, this is essential. Having a good, local lender who has vetted you and is accessible even on evenings and weekends, can make all the difference. Then, when we find “THE ONE” you can make an offer, and the selling agent can get verification from the lender that you are a solid buyer who is ready to go, even before Monday rolls around! I know some great lenders you can talk to you if you haven’t found one yet.
  2. You tell me what you are looking for so I can help you find it! Just fill out the Buyer Survey and I will get started on a custom search for you. Often, we will find some options to look at right away.

To get started, fill out the Buyer Survey and review the Home Buying Process. Looking for resources like lenders and inspectors? Try the Resources Page.

If you would like to do a basic home search now, search here. When I set up your custom search, it will be with all your criteria and you will receive information on homes straight from the local MLS.
